Amazing on pork dishes. Have also used as brine for beef jerky for those family members that prefer savory to heat. Also a favorite for spicing gnocchi

My wife found the Shenandoah Valley Blend, and we have found it works really well in *so many* different recipes of ours: BBQ pork/chicken, shrimp/tuna/chicken salad, and tomato/mushroom soup are our favorites. We buy 3 tins in each order, because we will *not ever* be without it.
