For those of you that are on a low sodium diet, these are the blends for you. This line started years ago when we were just doing farmers markets, and had a few customers ask for salt-free versions because of health issues. The need was so great that we slowly added more and more sodium-free blends throughout the years. Our go-to’s are Massanutten Blend (named after the mountain range behind our facility) and Tuscan Blend which gets thrown into soups, salad dressings, and pasta sauce, alike – and makes a great oven roasted chicken!
