Great for Dill Pickles.
I ran across this company at a local farmers market several years ago and bought a tin of the pickling spice. It made the best dill pickles but I quickly ran out, as we make a lot of pickles. I like using about 1 1/2 Tbsp per quart, along with garlic, hot peppers, and fresh dill.
I contacted and now buy in bulk to make sure that we always have enough.
